How do I apply for the boiler upgrade scheme?

You cannot directly apply for the Boiler Upgrade Scheme as a homeowner. Instead, we can apply for the BUS on your behalf.

All grants given out through the BUS are paid to us, and then we give you a discount on your payment in the same amount.

The energy regulator, Ofgem, will get in touch with you to make sure that our application is valid in order to prevent installers from filing false claims under the programme.

  • has no recommendations for loft or cavity wall insulation
